Refund policy

Nomad Sounds develops and sells digital products: audio software, virtual instruments and sample libraries.

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and refunds on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to every product we sell, whether or not you have already downloaded, installed or activated it.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@nomadsounds.de with your order number or the email address you used to buy, and we will arrange it.

You can also contact Paddle directly, using the order confirmation email you received from them.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the payment method you used, by Paddle.

Once a refund is issued, your licence for that product ends and it will no longer be available in KeyEngine.

Your statutory rights

Where consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply in full and in addition to this guarantee. That includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
